  Judith has been absolutely brilliant in looking after me since i started wearing glasses, always informative and very important to me, patient with my disability. However, one member of the reception staff, I believe it is the manager, is very rude and somewhat protentious. She made me feel rather embarrassed because I'd asked if they would price match frames for me. I subsequently chose to leave the practice and asked to have my details removed from their system, explaining my problem. No call from them speaks volumes...
